Students took part in an Italian cooking lesson on Thursday, 26 November after school. Tiramisu' was the recipe of the day. As coffee was not very popular, the recipe was adapted by using hot chocolate instead. Students produced some excellent desserts and worked together as a Team, supporting each other when needed. Mr Ciardulli led the session with the help of Miss Newton, our Post 16 student Maddy Osborne and former students Lauren Price and Robyn Ebbs.
