Journalist: Eva and George
A new species of spider has been found and named after the scientist, Professor Biran Greene.
It was found on the 9th of March 2016 in Queensland, Australia.
'Brian', can be found in Queenlsand, Australia. It eats frogs, fish, tadpoles and cane toads. 'Brian' catches it's prey by sitting on the surface of the water and feeling vibrations caused by the creature it wants to hunt. It then dives under the water with it, before swimming back to shore to devour it's prey. It can swim, ride waves and catch prey three times as big as itself.
