Sturton Stride

On the 24th of April, Mark Elliott, Headteacher of Sturton Le Steeple Church of England Primary School is hosting a 5KM run.  For Primary School children to run the race costs £6 and all other entries are £10.  All the money will go to Sturton's new school extension, which will finish approximately around September.

You don't have to run all the time, you can either walk, jog or run and then make an almighty sprint to the finish line.  The race starts as North Street, round the back roads and to the school playground.

There be events on the field and playgorund such as:

  • Climbing Tower
  • Bouncy Castle
  • Face Painting
  • PTFA Fund Raising Raffle
  • Mobile Pizza Oven - Fresh Garlic Bread
  • A Vintage Coffee Van
  • ... and other refreshments.

Two pupils from Sturton said "We like the goodie bags that you recieve at the end!"

Will you take part in the race?
