New information about Free School Meals

Notts County Council have updated their information about claiming free school meals. Our cashless catering system means that nobody knows who receives free school meals and who does not. There are no tokens to collect; students simply pay using their finger print like everyone else.

The County Council wants to hear from parents and carers about their experiences and views about accessing and paying for childcare.

Dance students at The Elizabethan experience ballet first hand, before being blown away by The Northern Ballet’s performance of Madame Butterfly at ‘CAST’ in Doncaster.

Aspiring students rewarded

The termly Headteacher's Commendations were presented to students in Years 7 - 11 in the week before Easter.

Library - extended opening hours

We know that some students find it hard to work at home, so we are extending the opening hours of the Learning Resource Centre from 1 December.

ASPIRE Week

The focus of our work this term has been raising students’ aspirations. As part of this, we are running Aspire Week which takes place from 24 November. We are collapsing the school timetable from Tuesday and there are a variety of activities planned, both in and out of school.
